Article 2 – Purpose and Acceptance of Terms
This document aims to define the conditions under which users (hereinafter "You") may access and use the Site. Access to the Site constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Article 3 – Site Access
The Site is freely accessible to any person with Internet access. The costs related to this access (hardware, software, connection) remain your responsibility. Certain features may require creating a user account.

SIMVIA processes your data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"):

- Proof of consent: 5 years for evidentiary purposes.

Article 5 – Intellectual Property and Usage Licenses
5.1 Site Content
All elements appearing on the Site (texts, images, logos, videos, code, database, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law and are the exclusive property of SIMVIA or its duly credited partners.

You may: share the file as-is, cite SIMVIA as author.
You may not: modify, adapt, sell or commercially exploit these resources.

SIMVIA strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of content. SIMVIA disclaims all liability in case of:

The Site uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation and these are completely anonymous. No session tracking or audience tracking via cookies is implemented.
Article 9 – Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdictions
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal, except for mandatory provisions to the contrary.
